Refund Policy

This refund policy is subject to change without notice so please read carefully before making a purchase.

Qualified Items

If at all you receive a product that is unsatisfactory and it is not on our excluded items list then we are happy to provide assistance.

If food items have been delivered or collected and it is found that they have been ruined, spoiled or expired then we are happy to process a refund for you if reported within 24 hours of receiving the product. This refund will be send to your original method of payment.

If non-food items have been delivered or collected and it is found that the item is ruined, spoiled or expired then we are happy to process a refund for you if reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

All items must be returned within 7 days and must be in the original packaging in order for a refund or store credit to be purchased.


If the product has not been ruined and there has been no error on our part a store credit will be processed. This store credit is subjected to a processing fee of $400.

Orders cancelled within 4 hours are subject to a full refund.

Orders cancelled after 4 hours of purchase but before the scheduled delivery or pick-up time are subject to a processing fee of $200.

Excluded Items

Food items that are scheduled for pick-up and are not collected within the time frame that customers provide will be discarded and a refund will not be processed.

Smoothies that are scheduled for pick-up and are not collected within the time frame that customers provide will be discarded and a refund will not be processed.

Non-Food item that scheduled for pick-up and are not collected within 7 days from the time frame that customers provide will be discarded and a refund will not be processed.
